About
What happens when you combine Slingo with the daytime classic Deal or No Deal?
You get a slot that’s the real deal! It’s got three special symbols, the Slingo Devil who’s lurking on the reels, Extra Spins, Jokers & Super Jokers, and a big bonus feature; the Banker’s Offer. We’ll unbox all of these in just a bit. But first a quick overview. The goal of this Slingo variant is to match the numbers on the grid with the numbers on the reel. If you match a number, the box will open and remove the prize from the game, similar to the TV show. Your target is to form a ‘Slingo’ by opening 5 boxes in a row, in any direction.
How do you start matching? Well, you whirl the game into life by choosing your bet amount. Once you’re happy with the amount, you press the big, green ‘Start Game’ button and the Slingo shenanigans begin!
Green is for go so let’s discover what those bonus features are all about and see if it’s a Slingo game that could be right up your street!
Ready to think inside the box?
How you can put your spin on it
So, you’ve picked your bet and started the game. You’ll then be given 10 spins per game and 26 red boxes. Choose one of them and then the remaining 25 will take up the 5 by 5 grid. Once you’ve completed 5 lines in a row in any direction, the prize multiplier on the left-hand side goes up by one. The boxes aren’t the only thing on the grid though because there are symbols which can help or hinder you!
The Joker is the wild and can smash open any box in the column they appear in and then there’s it’s bigger brother the Super Jokers. This functions the same, except rather than opening a box in a column, they open any box on the entire grid. But beware of the Devil! If he appears, he blocks any possible matches.
Outside of these characterful symbols, there’s the Free Spin symbol, that gives you an additional spin at the end of the game.
But now onto the juicy bit — Banker’s Offer.
To get the call, you need to have made four slingos. He’ll then offer you a cash prize, which is based on what is still left on the grid. So, will it be deal or no deal? If it’s a deal, you press the accept button and the game ends there and then. If you decide to reject, you can continue the game by pressing ‘No Deal’ and pressing ‘Spin’ to carry on.
